Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend so far!!  Yesterday was a fabulous day and today is looking even better!

My Plan....
B: Oh yeah RTD
L: taco soup
D: fish/veggie
Snacks; SF pudding or jello, protein bar


What is your plan for today?  Remember the choice is yours... so make it a good one!!!

Well most full liquids are not liking me! cream of something soup is ok and I can eat 4 crackers at a time. so today will be :

decaf coffee
cream o wheat(new to try)
water
Sbuxs
decaf tea
cream of something soup
crackers

will try to keep pain and pain meds to a minimum..not going home anytime soon. will probably have study done on how my stomach empties tomorrow.

 So far my weekend has been lovely.

Plan for the day:
Coffee
Water (at least 1 20 oz bottle)
B: soochi...its a sweet indian pudding.  I got the recipe off Eggface and it is absolutely one of the most delicious things I have ever had.  I mixed the milk with 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder to up the protein tho
L: protein shake
D: split pea soup and yogurt

I'm going to try to get another protein shake in also....not only for the protein but the fluid intake.

Glad you are having a nice weekend!  How are you feeling?  Love Eggface!!!  I make so many of her dishes... might need to try the soochi!!  It sounds yummy.

I think I'll join you on this thread Paige!  A coworker asked me last week if I was gaining weight, which really hurt my feelings because I haven't gained a lb.  I've been eating zesty dill pickles almost daily though and I imagine I'm probably retaining fluids from all the sodium, so I'm giving those up for a while.  I've been tracking my food regulary on THE DAILY PLATE but this thead should hold me accountable.

B: 1 scoop Isopure banana cream/1 scoop Click expresso/1/2 cup Mootopia/1/2 cup ice all blended in the magic bullet
S: probably gonna make a scrambled egg and top it with shredded sharp cheese
L: salad w/ the other 1/2 of the chicken left over from my chick fil a sandwich
D:??  have no idea but it will probably be something Italian

Exercise: so far I have walked my dogs for 30 minutes and I'm trying to get motivated and get on the treadmill for at least 30 minutes of walk/run.

Glad your joining us!!!  Even if I don't stick to my plan it gives me a roadmap... a direction for the day.  I use fitday to log my food on... but posting it somewhere else for all to see really helps me! 

And you are not gaining weight!!!!  The other day I was really stressed at work and someone walked in my office and saw me eating a handful of M&M's and I felt like I'd just been caught robbing a bank!!!!  I know I have coworkers that are just waiting to see me gain!!!!

My plan for today

B: Bacon and Cheese Egg Beater Omelet, reduce calorie toast with SF Jelly
L/D:  Late lunch earlier dinner out with sister's so probably split something with them mostly likey chicken fajitas
S:  Fruit

64 oz of liquid - which I have yet to do - maybe today will be the day
