You know I must be feeling good when I'm up early enough to get the train out of the station.

Last night was the best night sleep I've had.  I slept through the night, was comfortable the whole time and didn't even fully wake up every time I rolled over.  It was GREAT!

Besides my FABULOUS dress find and wow moment yesterday, my friends' wedding was beautiful.  They had a very intimate ceremony at their beautiful new home.  There were about 25 or 30 people there tops.  I was so happy for both of them.

I'm annoyed my computer has somehow picked up some kind of 'threat' that my virus protector says it can't remove.  And of course Clint is out of town until Sunday night.  *sigh*  I sent him a text to call me once he gets up this morning so I can find out what he wants me to do.  Shut down the computer until he gets home, take it in to Geek Squad...what do I do?  So if I disappear (i.e. don't post) for a couple of days don't panic.  I'm okay!  Just wanted to throw that out there.

Today I'm going to relax.  Maybe have a Good Eats watching marathon.

Prayers to all who are in need.  Cajungirl, Liz, Vivian, Meggie, Alissa are who come to mind but if I forgot anyone here, know you are not forgotten in my heart.

 Morning Jenn,

Glad you are finally feeling HUMAN again and glad you got to go to your friends wedding.   I bet everyone loved your new dress.   Very pretty.   I wish I had words of wisdom about your computer for you....but I can computer challenged myself.    Thanks also for the prayers.   Stress is always in my life...wi**** wasn't.   Go for stress test on my heart on wednesday then the next thursday have to have tests done on my eyes ( dread that one SO  much ) to check to see how far my Gloccoma has gone.   Didn't even know I had it !!!  UGH just stinks !!!  I hate getting older !!!  LOL  Oh well...it is life.   Have fun watching your movies this weekend.   Praying for you and seems like God is answering them.   Love ya and have a great weekend !!!

I hate the stress test I had to have before surgery. Hope yours is better. Glaucoma -we call it the silent robber of sight- that's why everyone should get their eyes checked every 2 years at least, just to be safe. I hope they have caught it in time because its very treatable with medication. Stay on that for sure. What eye doctor are you seeing? If you need any info, please let me know.

Thanks Alissa.   I went to First Eye Care on 26.   Craig Hughs is who I saw this week.   The testing is going to be done by his son  Blake Hughs.   I saw him last time eyes were checked.    They are  going to deaden the eyes and touch them somehow.   Dr. Craig did say it was in the early stages from what he could tell....he said Blake nows LOTS more than he does about it.   So we will see but I HATE  the eye puff test and detest drops !!!!  Everyone says you have to DO drops with Glaucoma.   Oh well......I have to do what I have to do....like it or not.  LOL  I am going to be so READY for the cruise !!!   LOL    Thanks.....I will let you know if I need more info.

Viv...
My mom has Glaucoma and uses medicated drops in her eyes twice a day.  She hates having to do the drops, but, when given the choice of that or being blind, well, that's a no brainer.  PLEASE be sure to get those eyes checked on a very regular basis if you have it.  My mom has to see her doc twice a year.  She has different tests done at different times.  You need to make sure you let any doc you go to know you have it though because some other medications will make the pressure in your eyes go up and can make things bad in a hurry.  Not saying that to scare you, but if a doc has multiple choices for meds and one effects Glaucoma patients and another medication doesn't, he/she will be sure to prescribe you the one that doesn't interact negatively with your Glaucoma.  I know we all hate those tests and YES, getting older DOES suck, but, can't change that fact so just have to take care of ourselves as best we can!

Mmm... BBQ does sound good! We were thinking of cooking out and having folks over this weekend but the painting and housework calls. Bryan painted the living room last weekend but it was too light of a green-not sage-y enough. So last night we went and got more paint and it looks good on the walls. I'm cleaning and doing laundry. Chris is cleaning his room-under great duress. lol.We also bought 2 inch blinds to put on all 4 windows in the living room/kitchen. And there's a lawn to mow. So Bryan will be quite busy this weekend!

I'm glad you got to go to the wedding in your super size 10 dress- or mini-size that is! You skinny-mini! Rest up today- don't overdue it. Baby steps!

Meggie-glad the meds are starting to work some.

Prayers for Dana's godchild. And prayers for all of you-whether you like it or not!!!

Have a great day!
