I second the caution about taking it easy. I found warm food was easier to tolerate at first than cold. Something I really liked was green pea soup! Yes, it looks terrible (horrid shade of green) but it tastes oh so yummy! Also cream of wheat was well tolerated. Don't worry about getting too many carbs at this point.

Good to see you Faith! I'm glad you're back here from time to time, checking in. How are you doing? Any great PR/city stuff going on??

Hey Alissa!!!  I hope you and your family is doing well.  I am doing great.  There is so much going on right now I can't hardly keep up.  We (myself and the other members of the city council) were just recognized last month at the Louisiana Municipal Convention in New Orleans for our outstanding efforts in economic development.

I always said that I would never lose sight of OH and I did.  My schedule is hectic.  However, I promise, I will check in from time to time because it really helps me along my journey and to see my friends too!

Morning all.  Kinda up early today hoping to get a days worth or work done in 4 hours, so I can start my weekend early.  Then off to get groceries since the BF is off work, then a pedi for myself.  Tomorrow, I will not be at the Colin county, so Debbi, will miss you and good luck, and then I get my 50 pounds lost present to myself.

Maybe shop for a couple of cute sundresses too.  The rest of the weekend, cleaning and game playing.

Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend.
I have started a blog all of my own for this journey.  Please follow me at www.digitalsheep.org.

This lurker is here to say HI too.  Hello Paige, how are you doing?  And, Rachel kuddos lady wait another week or two and you'll really see some good results.  Oh they drain, that was the WORSE.  I got to take a shower after 2 days, docs are so different.

Another BUSY day, and weekend.  I'm doing OK, just not much excitement and can't get real excited with life right now.
