Here is my plan for the day
B: Ham and cheese omelet, toast with LS jelly
L: grilled chicken breast with pepperjack cheese, pasta salad'
D: Not sure yet, thinking pork chops
S: 1/3 of a no sugar added ice cream sandwich
64 oz of liquids which I never seem to reach this goal but will keep trying.

thank you, I am craving yogurt and crackers!! wjich is a good sign that I am hungry again. we have found a drug that keeps my stomach from spazing out if takin before i eat so things are looking up!! All was clear on my scope!! I can go home once ai can do full liquidswithout pain meds or throwing up so maybe this weekend! I hope so Ken is so tired.
