If you use Photobucket to store your pictures and would like to post them on OH the process is very simple:
Log into your Photobucket account. Find the picture you want to post, right click on it and click "Copy". Come back to OH and the post you would like to put your picture in...right click and click "Paste"

If you would like to post a picture you see on the internet the process is a little more in-depth.
Right click on the picture you want to post. Go to "Properties". Copy the "Address" (or URL) of the picture. Come back to OH and the post you want to add the picture to. You will then need to type
< i m g s r c=
There are no spaces between the letters img and src but there is a space between both words i.e. img src. There is also no space between < and img. The spaces were put there to explain how to do this.
after the = you will right click and "paste" (this will insert the "Address" of the picture
Immnediately at the end of the "Address" you need to type >
