Had an incredibly stressful week at work, but this week is a new week and hopefully be better.  I have Friday off and the Monday holiday so I am looking forward to my 4-day weekend - WOO HOO!

I had a good week I have 3 lbs to reach my goal.

Here are my numbers for the week:

Revision start weight: 219
Last Week: 123.8
Today: 122.0
Weekly Loss: -1.8
Total loss: 97

I have a 3 day weekend coming up (wish mine was 4) and plan to do my best to stay on track,

Well, it happened.. my first weekly weigh-in with a gain instead of a loss.  Not a big deal, just .4 pounds, I'm certain it could be nothing other than water weight as I did everything like normal.  I'm not upset, just moving on like normal.

Yeah, it's a bummer when it happens, but nothing to worry about.  You are doing great, so just keep doing what you are doing!

Don't forget to take measurements also.  Some weeks I lost inches but not pounds.  I usually measured myself every Sunday morning.

I've about come to the conclusion I'm not getting enough calories so my body is hanging onto to everything. There's just no way that with an average calorie intake of 925 a day, with a daily deficit of 1300+ calories that I could be gaining real weight. Yeah, I know it's minor but it works on my head!  LOL!

I agree - no way!  I eat almost 50% more than that and haven't been to the gym in months and maintain 147-148.
