My plan for Tuesday:
120+ oz. liquids
protein coffee
Atkins shake
salad bar w/ lite dressing for lunch plus turkey
fish and veggie for dinner

 Thank you Karla for adding the promo codes to your signature lines for the conference.    I need to go to bed   I am very upset though......Kellie Mullins house burned down tonight and her Step Dad may be having a heart attack.   My plan for today is to drink plenty of fluids......make good food choices.....and get some rest.    Please keep Kellie and her family in your prayers as they try to cope with all this and the health issues that are happening right now.

Good Morning! Sticking with my plan today-will be bit more challenging today. It's my nephew, Logan's 15th birthday-luckily he chose Logan's Roadhouse for his party, so Corbin and share a meal and have our MEAT and veggies there.

B: Green tea

L: Chicken breast/raw spinach/WF carribean salad dsg

S: Strawberries

D: Steak/steamed veggies

S: Apple

Lots of water/baggie of vitamins/more green tea

Hi Karla & TMB!

I hope all is well with everyone.  I have been MIA for a while now.  I am low carbing again.  Mostly salads and meats for me.  I still struggle with water. 

People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown

Hey (((Stephanie))) LOL.  My life is extremely busy and I have not been participating in OH like I used to.  As of now, I have not registered for the conference because it does not seem like that I am going to make it.  Good to talk with you!
