I plan to take it easy today. I am still not up to par after my day of dumping syndrome yesterday. I am still angry at myself for my stupidity. LOL Oh well.....guess that is how we learn. I will think twice now before I taste "regular cake batter again". LOL I may do protein shakes and soup today. I have had coffee and my pouch isn't real thrilled with it either. Hope you have a great day today.
