I know our Gina's doing so well on her plan these past two weeks...congrats Gina!
My plan:
120+ oz. liquids
protein coffee
Atkins shake or click drink
frozen entree for lunch...forgot what I already took
protein something for dinner...son's choice

Thanks for the shout out, KARLA-trying to help Corbin is certainly helping ME! I need to up my fluids even more today, with this heat-can feel the swelling..

Lots of water/vitamins..Am going to call doc and see if can get permissio to try starting slow on treadmill, if i promse to wear my "back belt". Who's have ever thunk I'd MISS exercise??????

Sorry I haven't been posting here. Been a little bummed out lately. Life just stinks sometimes. Anyway that is another story !!! LOL Plan for today is stay on track...make healthy choices.....get it lots and lots of fluids and walk.
