OK guys, we're starting off another week here and I don't have a clue where I am...well, not exactly true, I know I'm in Galveston House/Puppy sitting for Terry T this week. I just don't know where I am weight wise. Actually, me being clueless isn't anything new.....LOL! Sice I can't add anything more, let's just get this party started

I had a really good week, not quite to my goal of being under 35 bmi (35.1 so close) but did go over the 100 pound loss mark from when I first started my weight loss journey 3 years ago. YIPPEE! Also had a higher week than my normal 1.8 pounds, think it's because I added strength training back into the mix.

Still bouncing around - was down to 147.6 a couple of days ago and back up to the 148's today. I sure need to keep it in that range because starting the last week in September I will be out of town and eating out for 6 weeks straight, so that will be a real challenge.

Very small loss this week but it's totally expected. Not only do I just not 'feel' like I lost anything.....I ate jerky all weekend! I had a chance to make a fast trip to Dallas Saturday so of course I had to stop in Centerville at Woody's for some jerky. I ended up eating jerky instead of the food I packed for the day! Actually, I wasn't expecting to lose anything at all! So today I'm back to pushing the water so maybe I can get rid of these fluids and show a decent loss next week. I only have until the 2nd to get into the mid-80's. Would love to get to 185 before that yearly check up but we'll see!
