Well...no takers on accountability but Gina and I yesterday.  If we're going to keep this up, we need people to be here being accountable with us. 

My plan for today:
120+ oz. liquids.  I woke up late yesterday, so didn't get that much in!
protein coffee being downed
Atkins shake or Click at some pt.
chicken piccata for lunch
gr. chuck something for dinner...not sure what Ben's going to cook

I didn't get as much water in as usual yesterday either. I normally "down it" between patient visits, in the car-hard to do when not working!! Back to "the routine" today-with water in the forefront!

B: Green tea-lots

L: Lean beef patty/salad greens

S: Strawberries

D: Chicken breast/spinach

S: Apple

Tonight Corbin and I cook our meats for the week-we have mother/son time, plus have our meals all "packed up"-a win/win

Will have lots of water-min 120 oz plus my baggy of vitamins

Bad tummy last night and still bad this  morning so going to keep it soft and liquid today!

Well, cantalope and yogurt did not work at all. Crackers and protein drink have had to suffice today. Will try some soup tonight and see how that does!! What a grouchy pissy pouch I have, must have been the chicken last night it was a little on the dry side!!

It is really weird I have been starving for weeks and now all of a sudden I am not hungry and can't tolerate anything!! Weird! Feast or famine!! Enough to drive a gal crazy and yall know that is a short putt for me!!

Still not getting all my water in nor excercising like I should.  Going to work on that this week.  Here is my food plan for today:

B: Ham and cheese omelet
L:  Grilled Chicken Breast / grapes
D: Pork Chops & mashed pototoes
S: Have not figured that out yet but will be 200 cal or less
