Did you survive your TGIF?  Now it's a Saturday...whether you are at home or going out/off somewhere...plan!

My plan:
120+ oz. liquids
protein coffee
Click shake in afternoon
1/2 biscuit and bacon for breakfast
2 small tamales for lunch
steak for dinner w/ veggies
little piece of wedding cake

My plan  for today
boil egg for breakfast /coffee
 snack  strawberries
chicken/tomatoe/wrap lunch
small salisbury steak withmixed veggies
Protein Shake before bed

Have a good week stay hydrated   check in next Saturday morning

Another rollar coaster day at work and I wasn't even there!! Stress ate! Knew what I was doing and said what I was doing and still did it!! NOT hungry this this morning. That is unusual for this great white shark. Plan for today:

tons of fluid...wat too much sodium yesterday
yogurt/grapenuts
pbj sammich
fart bar
splitting a combo platter w/Ken at the dinner tonight

Lazy days off are always harder..food wise..than busy days workings...haven't had my first cup of green tea yet,,it's still steeping...3 hrs later than usual...

B: Hot green tea-who knew I'd get addicted to the stuff???

L: Beef patty/salad greens (after I lazy out to the store for salad)

S: Orange

D: Will be at group dinner-will find some grillled chicken /veggies

S: Apple

Water will be more of a challenge today, just being "off schedule", but will do my best-same with baggie of vitamins

snack; watermellon/grapes
