Went out to dinner last night and STILL stuck to my plan-love when that happens! My broken record plan for today:
B: Hot green tea..on my 2nd cup
L: beef patty/salad greens
S: Strawberries
D: Chicken breast/sauteed spinach
S: Apple
As much water as I can get in/my daily baggie of vitamins

We Can Do Hard Things
Protein Shake for Breakfast
Sandwich for Lunch
Mexican for dinner (will stick with fajitas, no tortillas)
We're eating out tonight and tomorrow night for b-day celebrations which makes it a little tougher.
