August Achievement Thursday
Okay...I did fairly well eating yesterday. Wt. is holding so that is a good thing lately.
My plan for today:
120+ oz. liquids
protein coffee
Atkins shake
chicken salad and a few multi-grain crackers for lunch
beef something for dinner

Morning Karla,
I did fairly well yesterday too. I tried to copy Panera Bread's Strawberry salad and it tasted not as good by pretty close to theirs. My weight is down right now but it yo yo's alot. The heat has really been making me retain alot of fluids. I have a sonogram on my abdomen at 10 today,,,,hope really that they don't find anything. I have had 2 surgeries since Dec. and that is enough. I am tired of isssues popping up. Anyway my plan today is to make good choices and drink lots and lots of fluids.

I had to go have blood drawn for my 1 yr. check up so I was fasting. It took forever because I made sure to get the full list of things I keep an eye on. I wanted to get back to this side of town before the work traffic started so here it is after 4p and I finally get to have breakfast! I stopped at James Coney Island and got a bowl of chili to go...I love this stuff! I did get my vitamins in during the day so I'm still on track there. I just hate these interruptions in my schedule!!!
Dinner will probably be taco soup or grilled chicken and something. Will try to get my chai tea in later for the protein...gonna be a hinky day stat-wise.
