Thanks Gina for cranking up yesterday!  I knew you and Paige would help out.  Ya'll can start up any day that you are on here first.  I'd be glad to have some help.

My plan for today:
120+ oz. liquids
protein coffee
McD's sf iced vanilla coffee
1/2 sausage biscuit
chicken salad and a few multi-grain crackers for lunch
? for dinner...maybe a salad w/ protein...haven't thawed anything

Morning!  Last few days have been good ones sticking to plan... but probably won't have a chance to go to the gym until the weekend.

Plan:

B: Believe RTD
L: Taco Salad ( staff luncheon)
D:  talapia and swt pot. fries
S: greek yogurt, 100 cal swiss miss frozen fudge bar

I'm on my 3rd cup of hot green tea-gonna have to stop to pee pee 2 times on way to first visit!!

Today is my big day at work! Pray for me to have a smile on my face and patience in my heart. Don't know what I will do about eating since I will not have a break from 8am till at least 2pm. I have carrots and cantalope at work. Have had my yogurt w/grape nuts, and will take a fart bar, pb and crackers and cash to go and get some chicken at the food court if needed!!!

Go out and make it a great day, fake it if you need to!!
Ain't fakin it today!!!

A fart bar is a Fiber One AntiOxident Bar!! They are awesome good, but they make me fart but keep me regular!!

I haven't really made a plan today. We finally went to the store last night so there's lots of options, I just haven't thought about it. Guess I should, huh?

Pre-B....chai tea
B....cottage cheese w/ cookie dough SF syrup and fresh strawberries
L....ham or roast beek roll ups
S....plumcot
D....grilled chicken...if Beast cooks it today. If not, egg salad and veggie chips
S....chai tea and/or cheesecake yogurt
