August Achievement Tuesday-for Karla
KARLA said she'd be away from the computer today, and asked for someone to start her thread. I'm here, so gess it will be ME! I'm doing well "staying on track" these days, and I attribute that to wanting to help my Corbin stick to a specific "diet food plan", so I'm doing it with him. We had our first weigh in today, and be i****er/muscle/fat/poop I'll claim the loss!!
Today's plan:
B: Hot green tea (I'm even off coffee now-I can't believe it either-can't have creamer, so don't want coffee)
L: Beef patty/lettuce/tomatoes
S: Strawberries
D: Chicken breast/mixed greens
S: Orange wedges
Lots and lots of water, of course--and my vitamins
