KARLA said she'd be away from the computer today, and asked for someone to start her thread. I'm here, so gess it will be ME! I'm doing well "staying on track" these days, and I attribute that to wanting to help my Corbin stick to a specific "diet food plan", so I'm doing it with him. We had our first weigh in today, and be i****er/muscle/fat/poop I'll claim the loss!!

Today's plan:

B: Hot green tea (I'm even off coffee now-I can't believe it either-can't have creamer, so don't want coffee)

L: Beef patty/lettuce/tomatoes

S: Strawberries

D: Chicken breast/mixed greens

S: Orange wedges

Lots and lots of water, of course--and my vitamins

What's your plan?

Thanks for getting us started!!!  Ya beat me too it!!!  Today is hubby's bday so we will be going out to eat somewhere tonight... I'm thinking it will be Mexican food or Cheddars.  So I am going to save up some calories for that!!!

L: Chicken Taco soup/5 multigrain tortilla chips
D: Eating out.....

I really need to go grocery shopping so variety is slim today, and nothing sounds good. Maybe today will be a liquids and shake day.

Thie is a twofer this morning! I was already dressed and jewelled and breakfasted when I realised it was Monday yesterday so I said I would do my weigh in today!

highest weight-----330lbs
consult weight-----300lbs
surgery weight-----270lbs
goal weight---------135lbs
todays weight------138lbs

Not happy with this. the feeding frenzy has GOT to Stop! So will try again today. Food plan for today

yogurt w/grapenuts
cantalope
carrots
fart bar
ham roll ups instead od a sandwich-less carb
pretzel sticks instead of chips-less fat
salad for dinner
