I had a very challenging week. I had to eat out every day. I say HAD to because only 2 of those meals out were planned. Unexpected company, friends driving through town wanting to meet for dinner, chores on the other side of town took longer than expected so I didn't have my 'lunch bag' with me, etc....ya'll know how it goes. I made the best entree choices I could but those chips and salsa kept calling my name!!! One of those planned meals was to Outback. I had the most amazing Tilapia with crab and steamed veggies, just positive the stats would be great. NOT! Got home, looked it up and found out that meal was 520 calories with fats through the roof!!!! But it all worked out and I can honesly say it was worth every one of those little buggers! So considering all that I'm extremely pleased to have lost this week!
