update on my other house...

Finally have some very good news on the sale of my other house...it is under contract. The purchaser will be moving in to the house on Tuesday, August 17th, with an estimated closing date of August 31st.

A funny thing my realtor told me last night. The agent on the second offer we received showed the house Saturday afternoon. Of course we dont know if the possible buyer was the same one that presented that offer. I just thought that was interesting. It would have been nice to have a 'bidding' war going on, but as far as I know that will not be happening.

Now back to your regular scheduled programming.

Thanks. I dont think I got but about two hours sleep last night, wondering if my sister was going to be difficult on accepting their counter to our counter offer. Thank goodness it will all work out.
