My plan for today:
120+ oz. liquids
protein coffee
Atkins shake
chicken salad and crackers for lunch
?for dinner....will be out of town w/ family

Good morning! The weekend went well-even with working 12 hours shifts Friday and Saturday nights-did especially well with my WATER-gotta brag about THAT!

Today's plan:

B: Organic green tea

L: Beef patty/green salad

S: Strawberries/radishes

D: Chicken breast/green salad

S: Apple

Lots of water/Baggie full of vitamins
