I got my BA meal replacement shakes in, have broth, SF jello on hand. Here we go!

Dr Barker is an excellent Dr. and believe me the pre-op diet is the worst part.

Congrats on taking your first steps.  I love Dr Barker-he took me from a size 24 to an 8-so what's not to love??
