Tears of happiness!!!!

Its been no secret to anyone around me that I've been kind of down the past month or so.  Between my back pain and now the potential hernia and certain surgery I have just mentally and emotionally be wrung out.

This morning I stepped on the scale and it read 169.  Oh my goodness.  I came out to check the BMI calculator and I'm "moderately overweight".  When I started my journey 10 months ago my BMI was 49.9.... a tenth of a point away from super obese.

I literally burst into tears.  I can't believe how far I've come in less than a year.  I'm so lucky to have so many friends who have helped me along and supported me with all the ups and downs.  Not the least of whom is Clint.  He has been with me through every tear and completely irrational hormonal breakdown I've had and never once wavered in his unyielding support and pride.

Thanks to all of you too, my online support and friends.
