Good morning! At least this food proram corbin and I are on is easy peasy...we have everything pre-cooked and chopped to last several days-just grab and throw in a cooler..

B: Coffee, organic green tea

L: Beef patty/lettuce and tomatio salad

S: Apple/radishes

D: Chicken breasts/big lettuce leaf wraps

S: Orange

If if get a 8pm-8am hospice case tonight will need additional meal, so will plan to take roast/cabbage/strawberries

Will need gallons of water, of course

Woke up this morning and I am not starving! Yeah so plan for today:

yogurt w/grapenuts
carrots
chicken salad w/crackers
fart bar
pb crackers
2oz cocoa almonds
Ken's dinner--maybe grilled shrimp!!
lots of fluids!!

Heading out of town so dinner will be out; so probably chicken something
