My plan for today:

Atkins shake
protein coffee
chef salad for lunch w/ lite dressing
top sirloin something for dinner

My plan today is the beginning of my "shake up" and will look pretty boring "day after day", as it won't vary a whole lot. I'm starting a "food plan"..I refuse to use the word DIET...to help Corbin, and help myself, in the process

B: Organic green tea (will have a few of these thru the day)-did have coffee this am-do NOT need a caffeine withdrawl headache!

L: Grilled chicken breast/spring green salad

S: Radishes/Orange

D: Crock pot roast (house smells SO good!)/cabbage

S: Strawberries

Lots and lots of water and my usual baggie of vitamins. Exercise still on hold, except for the walking required with working. I did some stairs, with work, yesterday, and did okay--but there were onlt like TEN of them..lol

Good morning!!  All dressed in my scrubs today as we are going to give teachers their prescription for a successful year!!!  ( We always have some kind of goofy theme!) Then it will be off to the gym after work!!

Plan for today....

B: McD SF iced Vanilla coffee
S: RS blueberry 100 cal bar
L: Ench. casserole (WLS version)
S: granola bar
D: Taco salad or fish???
S: 100 cal swiss miss fudge bar

kens suprise for dinner
sf jello

 Morning Karla,

I am up and at em this AM also.   Plan for today is to go walking at the mall later.   Did a WLS Seminar with one of my friends considering WLS last night in Dallas.    She was kinda bummed because she had a huge stomach hernia in the 90's and may not be a candidate for RNY.    I told her that any of the surgeries would work as long as she worked it the way it was designed.    Enough of that now.    Plan is to watch calories and drink plenty of fluids and get in all my protein.    Have a blessed day !!!

Get in plenty of liquids and watch my late night snacking as old habits are creeping back in.

 Its late but oh well...

Dinner I actually got some egg beaters with salsa, 1 orange segment and half a piece of turkey bacon down.  YAHOO!

I wish I could be chugging more water but I have to take my shakes and food SO slow there is just not time for me to get more liquid in.
