My plan:
120+ oz. liquids
protein coffee
Click or Atkins shake
Southwest chicken salad for lunch
chicken fettucine alfredo for dinner...heavy on the chicken

No food or liquid for me until after my testing today.  I'll throw a protein shake mix and blender shake in my purse so as soon as I get the green light I can get something in me.

Great White Shark is still hungry and back up to 136! so...

lots of fluid
loads of physical labor at work, 2-3 shipments daily at work are kicking my butt at work!

I will be heading home from Austin in a couple of hours so don't have much of a plan other than to  make good choices and get in my water.
