Miracle Monday WLS Express..

 All Aboard!!!

Its Monday and we're all dragging a little.  To help pick us all up lets share a miracle....extraordinary or everyday.

 Good morning Texas!

Yesterday, other than baking some pumpkin spice crumb muffins and trying a batch of chocolate banana muffins (a complete experiment...we'll see how they turned out) I was as productive yesterday as a garden slug.  It was AWESOME.

Today I just need to get through the day at work and then I'm off to the chiropractor for the first time in a week.  THANK GOODNESS.

My miracle is meeting Clint.  There was so much going on with my life then...I had just gotten out of my first relationship after my divorce and was comfortable with the idea of being single again.  I was heading up to a friends house to attend a birthday party and a mile from my house the brakes on my minivan failed.  As in COMPLETELY failed.  I had to turn around and basically coast back to the house.  I actually used the emergency brake for its intended use for the first time ever.  Anyway...I was so upset and discouraged I almost decided not to go but my roommate insisted I go with her and dragged me out of the house.  At that party was Clint...he decided to go because it was going to be his last chance to hang out with these friends; he was moving to Arizona in a month.  It was the first time we met and I'm SO lucky I didn't stay home.  My life would be very different and nowhere near as full and amazing as it is now if I hadn't met him.

Good morning! Great miracle story. I consider Bryan and I meeting and that he's stuck with me through everything even while we were dating to be a great miracle. Chris was going through some real rough times right after Bryan and I met and then of course my health stuff too, so he's a real miracle to me.

I had a pretty rough afternoon and got really down about my foot pain. I went to bed upset and I woke to foot pain again, and then I went online and saw an incredible blessing of birthday wishes on facebook. It was so wonderful and such a spirit lifter. Thanks guys! I consider this group of friends a miracle too.
I'm headed to the foot doctor in 1 1/2 and I hope he has some answers.

Good Morning Friends !!

Lets see....a miracle is that my daughter  who is 23 yrs old now....has just really held me together most of my life.......
When she was really young..........there was a period of several weeks/months that I just didn't feel I had anyone to turn too.  (financial woes as a single mom.......those are tough - when you're mom and dad can't help  -no where else to run)   so  I picked up a motto that has stuck with me through thick and thin:   " They can't  repo my child" .........I know -  silly but that is what kept me going through the rough spots.....

I guess I never realized that steriods would keep me awake as they did last night - I slept in 1 hour increments..................probably won't be worth a dern today !!

My Miracle today is my son that is almost 20 ( can't believe that one LOL ).   I was told I could never have children.    My husband and I adopted 2 sons as infants and then low and behold at 36 yrs old....I became pregnant and had my son at 37.     WOW what a miracle he has been in our lives and he just keeps on blessing us daily with his choices and with the grace that God  has given him.   He and my other 2 sons are all miracles in their own ways.   I am one blessed mom ( although some days I will disagree with that statement LOL ).   Have a blessed week.
