August Achievement Monday

Okay...it's a new week.  Let's make sure we get it right eating wise!

I probably will start posting this late at night before going to bed from now on in case I don't have enough time in the mornings since I'm headed back to work today.  That way if people get up really early, it will be there for them already.

My plan for today:
120+ oz. liquids
protein coffee being downed
McD's sf iced coffee
1/2 sausage/cheese biscuit
leftover spaghetti/beef casserole for lunch
? for dinner...going out to eat with friends

This certainly isn't my best plan, but works for me today on that dreaded first day back at work after summer is over.

 Good morning.

Plan for the day is still full liquids.  I'm on day 2 with absolutely no pain so it seems to be helping.  Or...it could be whatever happened has passed so I could go back to 'normal' food.  However until tests are done tomorrow and I know of the results I'll stick to yogurt, protein shakes and soup!

Morning!!  The scale is being really pissy right now and I'm not happy about it... Just started going to a new gym...  and the scale is moving in the wrong direction!!!!  What's up with that???

PAIGE-my trainer told me to STAY OFF the scale for at leat 2 weeks after starting an exercise program because it would just mess with my brain...and I trust him...cuz we all know what HE looks like...he MUST know SOMETHING!!

Don't know if I can stay off it for two weeks... but going to try to wait at least a week instead of everyday!!!!

I have jury duty today..which may last an hour...half a day..all day...no telling....I'll prepare the best I can..am taking my " big purse"

Water will be a chalenge today-will have to make it up tomorrow

Good Morning Karla   THANK YOU FOR POSTING THIS EACH AND EVERY DAY !!   I know that I don't hop on board much, but I do get some ideas from you all that Im going to start weaving into my plan for each day...........LUV YOU ALL !!

My plan for today:
Morning:  coffee - going down as we speak......then  caffeine free tea through out the day....

B -  Atkins Shake
Sn -  applesauce
Lunch:  Pork cubed steak cooked in Cr of Mushroom soup w/few noodles.

Sn - if needed or wanted.......s/f  peaches....

Dinner:  left over lunch....brought enough for all day since I go from 1 job to the other....

Sn:  beef jerky this evening.....gonna try NOT to eat AFTER 7pm !!
