Due to continuing unhappy tummy issues (see Texas Train or RNY board for latest if you are interested), I'm sticking to a basic full liquids diet until testing on Tuesday. Protein shakes, non fat yogurt, non fat cottage cheese, oatmeal and soup. I'm a little annoyed that even spinach with chopped veggies didn't sit well.
Had gotten up to 136lbs on thurs but back down to 133 this morning and the Great White Shark is in feeding frenzy mode again!! No reak plan today, too many unknowns! Have had my yogurt this this morning will graze at the baby showr and have snacks and water packed for the car. Dinner is Kens domain tonight!
