Hope you have a plan for today.  I don't have a food plan since we will be moving Ben into his apartment w/o food access for a while and will be eating out lunch and probably dinner since we will be settling him in.  I will however, be getting plenty of exercise...kind of a manual stairmaster since he's on the 3rd floor of the apartment complex and around the back side.  We have LOTS of stuff to take up.  I will also get in my liquids and protein drinks.

My plan:
120 + oz. liquids
protein coffee
McD's sf iced vanilla coffee
Atkins shake if needed
? for lunch
? for dinner

Morning!!!  Ah Karla moving day is here for Ben... becareful in this heat!!  I don't have to go up 3 flights of stairs but I will be moving and unpacking 100's of textbook boxes today!!

 Still no plan today food wise other than liquids liquids liquids.  I had just soups yesterday.  Today I want to switch to protein shakes only so I can get re hydrated.  I don't think I drank enough yesterday at all.

Good morning! I don't have ENOUGH of  a plan..past breakfast..have been doing fairly well, but always do better when I PLAN..will go to groceery store Sunday and get "stuff together"...for today, so far

B: Click (always a no brainer)

S: Apple, PB (have one lil container left!)

L: Probably McD's salad-will be a long work day

D: Chicken out thawing-no idea what going to do with it..my bad

S: protein pudding

 Morning Karla,

Went for follow up visit with Dr. yesterday.   All looks good.   My plan today is to try to stay focused on protein and more protein and lots of fluids.     I am also going to start walking more since exercise is out of the question right now while I am recovering.    Have a great day and be careful moving Ben and don't strain anything !!!

Hey Viv.....Walking IS exercise! Maybe not as intense or as sweaty as some other stuff but just as important!  That's my 2¢!!

Today was off from the get go. I didn't sleep well at all last night so just as I was going to just get up and quit fighting it this morning around 5a, I went sound to sleep and didn't get up til noon! I wanted to make Beast some more protein bars...had 2 recipes to try out....so I made my chai tea and started before the house got hot. Well, as usual, I got half way through the first recipe and realized I didn't have the quick oats so off to the store. May as well hit the bank and post office while I was out. See people, have to visit, etc....it was past 2 before I got back home to finish cooking. Chai tea is cold but that's OK. Get both recipes mixed and in the oven...by now I'm wringing wet with sweat and can't stand the thought of food, but I did take my calcium...I'll make up the rest. Kinda queasy with the heat so I go lay down in the A/C...phew! Might as well read while I'm here....2 hours later, end of book and guess I better get up and get some laundry done. Beast just got home...maybe we'll nap a bit!!!  I'm pretty sure we'll be having cold chicken salad for supper tonight.

Daily totals are way off, need at least 50gr protein before bed BUT I've already had lots of water!
