Mid-week already...time sure does fly by.  Thank heavens I didn't have the munchies yesterday. 

My plan for today (definitely not my lowest carb day, but doesn't happen too often):

120+ oz. liquids
protein coffee
Click if needed later in day
Southwest Salad for lunch
Jambalaya and red beans for dinner

What's your plan for today?

My exercise will be moving and loading a full size sofa, queen mattress and box springs, big dresser, night stand, big recliner, end table, tv console, and more than a dozen huge bags, totes and boxes of Ben's stuff for his apartment in a Uhaul and the truck and his SUV.

KARLA-thanks for starting this early so I could just on..I NEED it...I've been wanting to snatch and grab eveyhign in sight--even the chihuahuhas are starting to fear for their lives. I need to get to the store and stop trying to "use up" what's in the house.... For NOW, so far, today I know I'll have:

L: Having lunch with co-worker-planning some type salad with chicken (not like the Monster drink and ice cream srumstick I had for lunch YESTERDAY!!)

D: Stopping at store-guys have been asking for BBQ-so am thinking brisket and green veggies for me

 No plan for today.  I'm scared to eat anything.  Pains kicked in yesterday after my standard morning snack and any time I tried anything yesterday (kept it conservative with a protein shake and oatmeal) it got worse.

After checking in with Dr. Hamn I'll figure out what I can have.

Still hoping to get walking before the end of the month!

 Wasn't happy with the scale this AM.   I am up a lb. hopefully it will come off later today.   I am drinking my coffee now.   No plans so far for meals.   I was throwing a meal idea at my hubby last night and he said it didn't sound good to him and since he eats most of the food around here.....I gave up on that.  LOL   He may have to cook his own dinner since I have a support group to go to tonight.    LOL    Last night we had salad and topped it with rotisirie chicken that I had pulled off the bone.     Then I had made a peach cobbler for my family out of fresh peaches that they had just about forgot about ( there is my weight gain.....had 3 bites of it UGH ).   LOL   On well....it will be gone tonight if I have to toss it out.   Get lots of fluids in and have a great day !!!

L: 1/2 chicken salad sandwich 1/2 serving of light chips, 5 grapes
D: Steak, mashed potatoes, salad
S: not sure normally 100 cal snack

I will focus on getting in liquids and getting some excerise.
