Mid-week already...time sure does fly by. Thank heavens I didn't have the munchies yesterday.
My plan for today (definitely not my lowest carb day, but doesn't happen too often):
120+ oz. liquids
protein coffee

Southwest Salad for lunch
Jambalaya and red beans for dinner

My exercise will be moving and loading a full size sofa, queen mattress and box springs, big dresser, night stand, big recliner, end table, tv console, and more than a dozen huge bags, totes and boxes of Ben's stuff for his apartment in a Uhaul and the truck and his SUV.

KARLA-thanks for starting this early so I could just on..I NEED it...I've been wanting to snatch and grab eveyhign in sight--even the chihuahuhas are starting to fear for their lives. I need to get to the store and stop trying to "use up" what's in the house.... For NOW, so far, today I know I'll have:
