August Achievement Tuesday
Okay...yesterday I got the munchies in the afternoon after lunch...I don't know why...didn't eat anything too bad, but kept grabbing a bite here or there...a big NO to that today!
My plan:
120+ oz. liquids
protein coffee downed already
McD's sf vanilla iced coffee later
chicken for lunch
beef fajitas for dinner w/ veggies

I kinda had a "off" day yesterday too. I too got the munchies and I munched on a entire mango ( can't believe I ate a entire mango ) LOL This AM I still am maintaining that 6 lb. loss. I was scared I would have a gain but thank God that didn't happen. I still have to remind myself I am only 1 week out from my hernia surgery and I need to " take it easy" !!! LOL I hate to slow down. My incisions are telling me to though. Plan today is get in lots of proteins and a shake or two and stay away from the Mango that I have left. LOL It could have been worse....it could have been chocolate !!! have a blessed day !!!

D: Taco's with lean ground beef
S: 100 - 150 cal snack
Get in 64 ozs of liquid and exercise in the pool since it's too HOT to walk
