My plan:
120+ oz. of liquids
chef salad for lunch  w/ lite dressing
chicken something for dinner
protein coffee
Click shake

My exercise will be push mowing the yard and weeding and weed eating.

 Morning Karla,

I did pretty good with eating yesterday.   I stepped back from the 3 meals....did 2 and a shake and got up today to a 6 lb. loss since last monday night.   WOO HOO  I am thrilled and hope the scale will keep heading downward for a little bit longer.    I am about to go to the Honda dealership and get some things done to my CRV.    Have a blessed day and PLEASE don't get to hot mowing.   Going to be a scorcher here !!!!

Been working alot around the house today! My long stretch of nine days straight start tomorrow. Gotta wash some undies, made 10 gallons of laundry detergent (

clean bedroom, kitchen, and mop ( Darn dogs!). I am thinking about making scones before bed to take to work with me... of course I will probably have to sample! LOL

We bought two new desks to put together Sunday. Gavin is still trying to put the first one together! LOL This may be a few days!
