Good morning! Its time to get up and get moving. What are you going to do today to make today terrific?

Today I'm putting a misting car on the train, for you to sit and relax in and cool off in this heat!

Morning! Man its such a hot week. I'm not outside too much though, so its not too bad I suppose. I'm so thankful that Liz took me to and from work yesterday. I made it 6 hours and I was in alot of pain and exhausted by the time she came and got me. She's taking me to and from today as well, and I hope to make it all day. We'll see.
I'm still in alot of pain, which is frustrating. I was hoping for it to be more manageable by now. I'm hoping it gets better. It feels like its a bad burn on the skin that is being scratched by the guaze wrapping constantly.

 Good morning Texas Train!

Last night was super great.  I love it when my best friend flies in on business.  We didn't get the chat time we usually do because after dinner he had to go back to the hotel and start working on reports but it was still great to see him.  Plus...dinner was crab legs.  YUM!

Tonight I have some sewing to get finished up.  I'm finally feeling good enough to spend some time at my machine.  As soon as these projects are finished my serger is going in for service!!

God morning! ALISSA-Did your doc say how long you should expect to have pain? Are you taking meds regularly to "stay ahead" of the pain? Same old busy day in my world..lots of folks to see. Was on call last nightlots of useless phone calls, but didn't have no make any visits-but still slept with one eye open, so would appreciate a NAPPING car, Ms. Conductor, please! I am taking pain meds regularly to stay ahead of the pain. I'm having to do Tylenol sometimes in between because I'm in pain and it's not time to take more. But after I wrote this I got up and started moving and my foot hurts in a new way- it's vibrating kind of pain so I think I'd better call the doc to check with him.

I've hooked up a nice AC filled nap room with aromatherapy for all. Hope you catch a nap today Gina.

it is going to be a terriffic tuesday b/c we get to go get K's schedule for school and hopefully hear back from the pre school for Rach

only one more week and her cast comes off - yeah!!!

Good morning all!!  Happy Tuesday!  I'm in a great mood today because today is my Friday at work.  My Mom flies in tomorrow afternoon and Dad flies in tomorrow night.  I'm going to goof off, have fun and not think about work for the next five days!  Woohoo!!  I'm going to try to stay busy at work today, if nothing else to make the day go by faster.  Then tonight we've got some chores around here we have to finish up. 

Hope everyone has a fantastic day!  Prayers going up for healing for Que and Alissa today.  Sure hope you both get things straightened out soon.

I am going to buy my season Livingston football tickets in a bit and making a Walmart run, then coming home to clean/fix up Ben's dresser and night stand that is being moved to his apartment. 

Tomorrow is loading the furniture/mountains of stuff day, so I better get in shape today!

Sorry you are still in pain!!!!  That is the pitts to have a surgery and expect for the pain to go away only for that not to happen.   Prayers being said that all that changes for you soon.    Please do call and check with your doc to see if this is normal.     I think I am still maybe doing too much.   Although I really am not doing anything but driving and grocery shopping.   Hate doing it in the handicap scooter though.  LOL   Feel like I need to explain to everyone why I am using it.   LOL  I am still maintaining the 6 lb. loss since my surgery.   I hope that I can get that scale to keep moving downward...for a few more lbs. anyway.   LOL   Have a blessed day.   Prayers for everyone in need.....Que....Dana....Kim G. and everyone else that I can't remember.    Stay hydrated and have a blessed day !!
