A Quick Hello

just wanted to stop by really quick and say hello.... i got some blood work done and my b vitamins are back up but i am doing two shots a week and my iron is up NOW my D is extremely low because i am not in the sun and when i do i have sunscreen so now on vitamin d 50,000 unit a week...for a month then recheck..... if its not one thing its another...

i did get the offer letter and now doing the back ground check and drug test and my start date is suppose to be 8/9/10 i cant wait.....

please keep ramon in your prayers... he is going through alot right now and i can not go into details..... but please keep him in your prayers...and when i do talk to him i will give him messages..... he does not have a cell or any way of contact...right now...

cant wait for nov...

 YEAH !!!!   Debra....so very GRATEFUL that your levels are finally up except for the D.    I do 2000 mg D3  a day myself.   You tell Ramon I have been praying for him since he told me to post the Grateful Post for him.    We love you and Ramon too and we want the best for you both.    Tell him that we are here for him and we love you guys !!!   Congrats again on the job !!!  WOOO HOOO !!!!   Thanks for the good news.    Tell Ramon we miss him posting.   I will post for him till her is ready to retake the Grateful post over.   Love ya both.
