120+ oz. liquids
protein coffee
click or Atkins shake
McD's sf vanilla coffee
Steak and salad for lunch
? for dinner at church

still maintaining... even after a week of youth camp food...

protein coffee.... as we speak...
tuna pack w/spinach for lunch...
dinner - beef/ with a little stir fry rice...

gotta work on water and exercise
August will kick off a purposeful month for me....  GOTTA DO IT..   vs  hope to do it

 Morning Karla,

I need to get off here and go get some coffee.  LOL I slept in which never happens...guess my body needed the rest.    I barely got in 400 calories yesterday but got in all  protein and vitamins and water.   I am still on soft stage of diet right now from surgery.  I will go to regular diet tomorrow and then I am sure the calorie count will go way up.   Plan for today is take it slow and make very wise food choices.   I am taking this healing time as a chance to re -group and make really wise food choices and hopefully start losing a little bit more weight.   If that happens I will be happy...if not....i guess that is OK too.    Plan for today is get everything in and maybe increase calories a little more.

I woke up this morning with hash browns on the brain. These was some spaghetti squash in the fridge so I decided to experiment! A little butter, some sweet onions and Voila.... Hash browns! And I had to have an over easy egg to mix with it....

Vitamins are in, water at hand and so far so good. I'm meeting a friend at Saltgrass Steakhouse for lunch so whatever I have there will tell what I have for dinner.
