My plan for today: (not necessarily my best plan)

120+ oz. liquids
protein coffee
Click or Atkins shake if needed later
Cheesecake Factory for late lunch
Whatever they're having at church for dinner or I'll just eat when I get home tonight (protein)

 Morning Karla,

I get to start on soft foods today for a couple of days then back to regular diet.   Not totally sure what I am going to eat today.   I have NO appetite at all.    I did hop on the scale today and I am down 5 lbs.  I am surprised not more since I have had nothing solid since last saturday.   Oh well...at least it is 5 lbs.  Now to try to keep it off.  LOL   I am surprised at how good I am feeling....really sore and very swollen but no pain at all.    Thanks to a great Doc who takes really good care of his patients.    Have a blessed day !!!!

No damage from the feeding frenzy except a grouchy pouch and a tired bod! Still holdinding at 134lbs! So plan for today:

grape nuts w/2%milk (out of yogurt)
grapes
celery
bologna sammie
2 quaker granola bars
cottage cheese w/cinnamon splenda
steak w/green chili rice casserole and green beans
