Sweaty Saturday WLS Express
Morning Brian!
Headed up in your general direction here shortly for Vivian's support group meeting. I hear there is another one this morning at Central Market. I'll have to watch the boards for that one next month.
Tonight I have a belly dance 'recital' I'm attending. There is an NPO here in DFW that hosts monthly recitals to support and encourage the dance community. Its open to all forms of dance but 99% of the people involved are middle eastern style dancers. But if someone wanted to do a jazz or tap routine they would be totally welcome. Anyway, I have several friends that are performing tonight so I'm especially excited.
Between this morning and tonight I have NO planned activities. We'll just see how the day develops.

Hope Alissa is feeling better today and the pain is gone with her foot. Hope that she got her pain meds changed so she can tolerate it. Nothing worse than pain meds that don't work for you and make you miserable. Hope you have a good turnout this AM. Hope our group does too. We will have to see since this is our first meeting at the "new" location. Be sure to stay hydrated on you walk.....going to be very hot today !!!!! Have a blessed weekend !!!

Good morning all! Ready for a great Saturday? We had a fun (not) night last night. Spent about 4 hrs at labor & delivery on the monitor because I was having more contractions than usual. Guess I can mark the "trial run" off the pregnancy check list now. Everything is fine, and according to the nurse I have an irritable uterus. Not what they would consider true contractions, but it's irritated. LOL, good news that my body is definitely NOT getting ready to have Natalie, so I just have to hydrate more (not sure how I can do that without floating away) and take it a little easy.
Today I'm heading over to my MIL's so we can finish up the nursery decorations. We're going to laminate them so they last longer, and then maybe squeeze in some shopping if there is time. We also have a car seat class at the hospital this afternoon/evening, so it's going to be a full day. Tomorrow is church and then back home to get the house cleaned up. Jeff has already told me he'd help out, so I'm leaving a list of things for him to do today, and there will be another list tomorrow. LOL
I'm super excited about my parents coming in next week. They both come in on Wed, and I'm taking off work to just hang with them. Wooohoo!!
Ok, gotta go get my protein shake and some coffee going. Hope everyone has a great day!

Today I'm heading over to my MIL's so we can finish up the nursery decorations. We're going to laminate them so they last longer, and then maybe squeeze in some shopping if there is time. Hope everyone has a great day!! David and I are heading to Sears in a bit to pick up a long overdue wall locker! The order was placed on 6/18, promised for 7/7, and um what is the date today? They told us it would be until 8/4 that we would get it, after a few phone calls and a few terms of "endearment", it's here now.
Other than that some grocery shopping and cleaning up the house. A Mexican's work is never done, oops I mean a woman's work is never done! LOL

Good morning. I'm home-wishing I was at Central Market- but I needed the sleep. I didn't sleep well last night or the day before. I keep waking up 1-2 hours after I fall asleep. I am SOOO sore today-my whole body. And my foot is hurting this mornining because I went too long without taking meds. I'm going to need to get up and moving today and tomorrow some so I can handle working Monday. Plus I need to drive to see if that's doable. I hope I can return to work Monday- otherwise I'm cutting into my cruise leave and that's not good. It doesn't really matter in the fact that I'm going on the cruise regardless. But I'd like to have enough leave for it.
