Good Morning Familia!!

I went back to school last week, survived one drain being removed at that time and finally had the remaining one removed yesterday.  The swelling has gone done quite a bit, but still have some more healing to do.  Everything looks good as per the PS.  It feels funny to put on my scrubs and not have the abdominal tuck and push going on.  I am getting some feeling back around my incision. A timely process and healing.

The support group I am trying to start is growing.  Online wise, several have joined the
OH Rox Round Rock Support yahoo online group.  Some of my school mates are very supportive and will attend from time to time to lend me their support.  I'm happy about that.
A fellow OH'er, Liquidman69, has been instrumental!!!

Well off to study, have a test today!

Keep It Real, Keep It YOU!!

Blessings,

Nina

Thank you for the kind words Nina. I am just trying to do my part in promoting something I strongly believe in that is a strong local support group of our own to help people be successful in their weight-loss endeavor. I have talked with my supplier of sugar free hot cereal and granola. If the support group is interested he can come do a presentation and bring samples of products his company offers for the group to try. I have been very busy with my school work also and trying to get ready for my mother-in-law visit in about a week. I hope you do extremely well on your test. I am glad the support group is growing and I have my nutritionist spreading the word about our local support group. I forgot to mention it to my psychiatrist so that he could help spread the word. I want our support group to be successful. I will have recipe available soon for my version of iced coffe it is a sugar free vanilla flavored the next version I am going to make next is hazlenut and make sure my meaurements work equally with it. You have been doing a great job with the support group especially since you had your plastics done and not letting that slow you down. You have been a excellent role model for others.
