It's hard to believe it's already the middle of the last week of July.

Viv...you ought to have lost plenty of weight on no food and liquids for so many days.

My plan for today:

120+ oz. liquids
protein coffee
Click shake at some pt.
chef salad for lunch
? for dinner at church...think it might be something w/ chicken

What's your plan for today?

 Karla....that is WISHFUL thinking !!!  LOL  My body LOVES to hold on to weight.  LOL  Maybe it is ALL the IV fluids that I took in....about 4 to 5 bags  !!!!  I am down 2 freaking pounds with not eating anything solid since 5 PM on saturday.    UGH makes me angry with my darn ole body !!!  Oh well...it is OK.   At least no weight gains.  LOL    I am doing all liquids today too and tomorrow I start on soft stage foods.   YEAH !!!  The greatest of all is NO PAIN NOR PAIN MEDS !!!!  WOO HOO.   I figured that today I would wake up hurting....but I am OK.....no pain only very very sore.    Hopefully I will lose a few more lbs. and keep them off.   We will see.   I can never predict what my body is going to do !!!!

Morning... trying to get motivated to either go to the gym or get on my treadmill.  Not overally happy with the scale but I guess it could be worse... won't get better if I don't exercise so that's my motivation to get it done!!!

I'm starting out in the hole! I fell asleep in my computer chair watching TV last night and Beast woke me up at 5a. I was starving so I had a bowl of Kashi Go Lean with some Almond Breeze milk. That alone was right at a third of my daily calories! I'd love to break this cereal addiction! And I only like it at night before bed...or early in the morning before going back to bed!  Oh well, I'll work it in over the next day or so. The rest of the day...
