I'm back...just didn't have time to mess with posting and most that post were with me this past 5 days.
My plan for today:
Walk for exercise...done
lots of liquids...at least 120 oz.
already drank protein coffee
Atkins or Click shake lataer
Salad or subway meat/cheese only for lunch
eating at church for dinner...who knows...may be edible or NOT!
