I'm back...just didn't have time to mess with posting and most that post were with me this past 5 days.

My plan for today:
 
Walk for exercise...done

lots of liquids...at least 120 oz.

already drank protein coffee

Atkins or Click shake lataer

Salad or subway meat/cheese only for lunch

eating at church for dinner...who knows...may be edible or NOT!

Okay 2 months until my next vacation so it's time to get back on track!!!  Heading to the gym to do my 5 miles in alittle while and then a few grocery stops on the way home.  Need to do some cooking this week to prepare for going back to work.

B; Egg beater, ham, cheese and toast (already eaten)
L; Grilled chicken
D; Some thing with lean ground beef

Still struggling with liquids and excerising. Goal is to get 64 oz down todya and to walk on treadmill or do excerices in the pool.
