Manic Monday WLS!!!!!!!!

Morning everyone!!!! Well its still 'sunday' for me as I havent gone to bed yet lol.  Hate i missed the BBQ but im sure it was heapss of fun!!!. 
Went down to Mom' s to get the 'clampett' truck for Tom to drive since his went kaput, ended up being a very LONG trip back!!!  Had a near overheat several times.  Never had that happen before.... shoutout to GINA"s RICHARD, TOM, BRYAN and everyone else who helped over the phone, and offered to come rescue!!!
Very special thank you to Becky Tx aka Becky M for making the long haul with me and the mutts!!! Couldnt have done it without her!!! Thankss Auntie Becky!!!!!
Finally made it to Azle and im sure Tom will have the problem fixed in no time. 

So, how's everyone else's Manic Monday? im away from 'the box' for 2 days and Viv ends up in the hospital... what else happened???

Good morning! I managed to NOT oversleep today thankfully! I can't believe I overslept Thursday and Friday. Weird for me. So this week will be better. After all I only have 3 work days and then I get to go into a deep sleep for surgery! I'll be in overdrive mode at work trying to get ready for being out for 2 days-hopefully just 2 since I've got to have enough leave for the cruise. I already told my boss I was going on my cruise even if I don't have enough leave!

Have we found out where Vivian is and room number? Prayers for her.

Liz and Becky- sorry you had a rough trip back. Hope you get some rest today!

Danni-we haven't heard from you lately-what's going on? How is your summer going?

I am so glad you made it home safe.  Really was scarey for a while.  I knew Barron would keep you safe, even if Brownie was in charge, but a Mom still worries.

The dog nappers took Brownie with them and it sure was quiet around here without him.  I am glad he had fun, but we missed the bugger.  Thanks to Auntie Becky and you for taking such good care of him and getting him home safe.  Now we know we can travel with him!!!

Sure hope they get Viv fixed soon so she will be back on her feet again.

I know I am out of the loop, but what is going on??  Not sure I can make it with the OH conference in Houston...but inquiring minds want to know...

Norma, if i had to guess. its the date of our 2nd annual halloween party!.  just a guess of course! we had a BLAST last year.... loads of people... fun.... lots of folks dressed in mafia war theme justs coz ... but everyone had a blast.
Myself personally was Officer McNasty and my two huskies were my 2 police dogs :)
PLEASE try to come. Its out at tom and que's... outdoors in their 3/4 acre backyard.... have a bounce house for the kids.. they have a deck where the Pimpin DJ was.. concrete slab for dancin and i think even a disco ball was twirlin?? ;)
just sayin.. MAYBE thats why we need to save the date

Oh....I didnt even think about Halloween, but I will definitely try to make it for that weekend, especially since it is after the October 15th tax deadline.  I am sure Delta will still be flying to DFW then, cuz I still have my Skymiles to use....Don is actually getting use to the drive to the airport with all the times he has picked me up  and sadly delivered me back  there.

LIZ-so glad y'all finally made it home..I kept thinking to my self "Dammit-we told her that truck wouldn't make it here"..Sure missed you and BECKY on Saturday-several people asked about you

Back to the grind today-weekend went by waaaaaaaaaay too quickly. Busy week ahead. God will provide, of course, but have to do MY part of the equation.

Okay - now I'm gonna go HIDE for a while !!

Not much up with me - I didn't make any excitement this weekend.   Partied  a little bit on Saturday with some special peeps and have fun........(well - for me - that was my party style")  doesn't take much to entertain me !! 

I got caught up  on some sleep.........took a nap yesterday afternoon and then crawled into bed at 9 after only being awake for 2 hours.............went to walmart for lunch stuff in between.
Worked 6 hours yesterday too.....

Plans for the next several weekends - I figured if I can get in 6 hours each sat and sun - I'll have some spending money saved up for the Cruise !!  whoo whoo..............

Good morning all!!  Happy Monday after a wonderful weekend.  Jeff ended up going to CareNow on Friday for his back and of course they put him on some restrictions and gave him drugs.  Seems to be working for him though as he said yesterday his back wasn't hurting at all.  We had a great time at the BBQ on Saturday, and I managed to spend time in the pool without getting burned!  Woohoo!  Seeing everyone was awesome and reminded me yet again how much I appreciate being part of this family.

Yesterday ended up being a lazy day, we went to church then came home and bummed around.  I started a new character in WoW, then we watched some TV and then played a game called Worms.  Very funny game which I'm sure we'll play again.

Today I've got lots of work stuff going on, trying to get some projects wrapped up, and I need to talk to my boss about who is going to cover my stuff while I'm out on leave.  Tonight I need to get some more work done on the nursery decorations.
