Justify Your July Friday
Okay...off on a trip. I'm drinking my liquids and getting in decent protein and taking my vits/supplements. All bets are off after that
My plan for today:
120+ oz. liquids
protein coffee being downed
McD's sf iced vanilla coffee...also now one of Paige's fav's!
lunch: don't know
dinner: Clay's crackle burger...yum
snacks: who knows...will have to sample the corn dip for sure

Glad you and Paige are having fun at Stephs. Today's plan is to go and join 24 hour fitness and then next week start working out. I have too much to do today to workout but I may look it over. I did OK yesterday but not as good as I wanted. I always get all my liquids down and protein too. And always the vitamins. I need to get up and get moving. I haven't even had coffee yet !!! That is bad !!! LOL have a great day !!!
