WOOOOHOOO for Hump Day!  My wooohooo for today is that even though the 13 yr old & 6 month old GGDs were with my DD when she got rear-ended Monday & they think the frame is bent on her little car, no one was hurt......  Work is kicking my butt, they called twice in the middle of the night Monday, I finally just gave up and got up for the day at 12:30 AM and worked 13 hrs straight... ugh.... speaking of work, sigh... guess I need to get busy, LOL

Prayers are going up for all that need them!

Good morning! My woo hoo is that although work is hectic its going well and I think I'll get my closures for the year. Our year ends August 31st.

Today I'm headed to the Cowboys stadium to present Alberstons an award at their managers meeting. The award is for hiring people with disabilities statewide. I'm the point of contact for all consumers that apply for Alberstons. So, it should be interesting. I have to dress up though which means dress shoes which will kill my foot. But it has to be done. I'll wear my tennis shoes until this afternoon when I go to the awards.

Morning Liz!! I have 3 Woo hoos!!!

1) It is Wed. and i am off!!!!

2) Went tubing on the Comal River this weekend, fit in the innertube comfortably and had no anxiety about it or about wearing a bathing suit and no accidents!! What a great fun time!!

3) Sweet Becky H brought me a dress on Sun when I saw the size tag I really didn't think that this cute straight cut dress would fit and it did!!! It was a size 4!! WTF!!!! WOO HOO!!!!

Off to the nuero with my Mom this morning, then to The Rock Barrel this morning. Looks like I am back in the jewelry business again! Doing my beaded necklaces again to supplement my income. Summer is always rough on s commision people and we always seem to forget it!! Then home to cook, bead and get ready for bbq/pool party on sat! Busy busy busy!!

I didn't get much sleep last night. I farted around on the computer until after 3am then woke up wide awake about 6:30a and could NOT go back to sleep. They are finally bringing our replacement washer today...2+ weeks without one sucks! While I was there yesterday picking out the new one I decided to replace our 25+ year old fridge, it's getting where it just doesn't stay cold...or it's freezing everything...so I figure it's only a matter of time. So they're also bringing the new fridge, that's what had me wide awake....thinking about clening out the old one, what to do with the stuff in this heat, cleaning the space the old one will vacate, getting started on all the laundry that's piled up, hoping the new washer woks without an problems!...you know how your mind just spins? I finally just got up and started cleaning!  They are supposed to be here between 11 and 2 and I'm ready for a nap!

My only Woo Hoo is getting to household tools!

Deedles I really haven't made any since my surgery (my first one, 3yrs ago the rny) i lost my creative bug with my weight loss and all the issues I have had. But with medical bills and slow retail neccesity is not only the mother of invention but can be the mother of creativity!! Mostly it is bead work and I do some drops for the beaded necklaces. it is theraputic and gets my brain jumping! Like I need my brain jumping any more!! LOL!! I am realising that I really miss it so am enjoying getting back to it.

I'm sure it's like my quilting, it'll all come back to ya for that creative release! I just bought a book on making bead jewelry, just looks like fun. It started because I want some pretty zipper pulls for the purses I make and can't find any.
