I live in TC as well and went to the Collin County one. It is the first Saturday of the month at 9:30 at Ikea upstairs. I will be there again at the Aug meeting. Nice to see someone from this little part of the world on here.

Hey Teresa! We'd love to have you come visit the Collin County Group. We meet once a month at the IKEA cafe (upstairs) at 9:30am on the 1st Sat of each month. Our next meeting will be on Sat Aug 7. We usually hang out for a couple of hours chatting about whatever is on everyone's mind and usually have between 5-10 people show up.

There is also a monthly meeting at the hospital I had my WLS at. I get monthly emails reminding me but I don't go simply because my hospital is at the other end of the metroplex from where I live. They meet the first and third Thursdays of the month.

I think I'd like to meet up at the Collin County one also. I live in Flower Mound and have been unable to attend the July and August meetings that my surgeon holds. I arrive back in town on the 6th and will try to be there on the 7th!
