GOOD EVENING GEORGE !!

Not much to report on the homefront for me...

I did attend my cardiologist appt today..........scheduled an echocardiogram for 8-10-10 and a stress test that day also...........then he is putting me on an event monitor for 4 weeks to wear to see if it picks up anything usual or hopefully try to catch one of the  heart palpitations that I get and no one can explain...

Today's weight:  219...........BP    90/52............no one seems to be worried about the low bp.....
it was LOW when I was in ND for vacation too.........I guess that means I AM NOT STRESSED !!  LOL  so that could be a good thing........

It's only logical.  She did not have these problems before she met me.  We have started doing things together with her and her brother.  Maybe she is seeing too much of me.

GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!

It is interesting you mention heart palpitations. I know when I was in the Navy I had battles of heart palpitations. I remember one time my wife drove me to the Portsmouth Naval hospital emergency room. They hooked me up to the monitors they could clearly see my heart was racing on its own. What really freaked everyone in the ER while talking with the doctor my heart stopped and I flat lined for a couple of seconds.  The expression on the doctors face was as if she saw a ghost. It was later determined the rason I flat lined was it was my hearts method to slowing my heart rate back down to normal. As for my heart palpitations portable heart rate monitors just would not catch the event all the time they accord the Navy doctor gave up on the issue and just tried to say I need to do more cardio based exercise. After getting out of the Navy the first doctor I search out was a Cardiologist in North Richland Hills. He determined the reason for my heart palpitations was I was not taking in enough fluids. As long as I take in a lot of fluid I no longer have the palpitations but I am so used to the Texas heat and I subconsciously dehydrate myself. Keeping hydrated has been a real up hill battle for me especially since my WLS. I hope everything turns out fine for you but it is good that you are having it checked out. I know when my grandfather died of a heart attack my uncles and dad all went to get physicals and one of my uncles' found out he had a twisted heart that required surgery to fix. So, it is important to take pre-caution and get routine physicals. I get one twice a year one for work and one on my own.
