If you didn't see the earlier post, Kim G is going under the knife in just a few mintues. She has been having abdominal pain again. Her WLS will be doing exploratory surgery. They may be taking out her gallbladder while she is there. Please pray that they find something that is an easy fix with a fast recovery. Hopefully she will update us this afternoon when she gets out of surgery.

She didn't have to be at the hospital until 12 o'clock to register. I figure that I will call her hubby about 3 and see how she is doing.

Thanks Kim for reminding us. I have been thinking about her and her condition. Prayers said that they find the root of her pain and repair it. Hopefully it will not be anything serious !!!

Pease check out Dr. Connie Stapleton's Website. A lot of good information on there for all WLS patients regardless of the surgery you chose. Good luck to all and I'm here for you if you want to send me an email. I'll answer it as soon as possible.

I just got an update from her brother. She is in recovery now. The doctor didn't find anything. Keep her in your prayers. I don't know if they will do more tests, or what the next step will be.

Hey guys! Thanks for keeping me in your thoughts and prayers...
I had surgery yesterday and my wls only found some adhesions, but is thinking that my gallbladder is the source of the pain. Unfortunately, he did not feel comfortable removing it until I have my HIDA scan done for it. So if the scan comes back abnormal, I get to go back for more surgery. Which sucks! :(
