Justify Your July Monday
Off to start a brand new week. Each one is full of challenges. We can beat them!
My plan for today:
120 + oz. liquids
protein coffee being downed
Click or Atkins shake at some pt.
McD's sf iced vanilla coffee
leftovers for lunch...will have protein!
crockpot chicken dijon for dinner and a salad
Exercise: going to park for walk/run at 7:00 a.m.

Morning Karla,
Not many plans for me today. Have morning protein down and vitamins in. Woke up WAY to early this AM and went back to bed and slept till 10. I NEVER do that. LOL I do plan to eat a light lunch. Not sure what I will have for dinner later. It is my birthday and don't have any thoughts on dinner yet...but I am going to try to make good choices. Have a blessed day.
