We are having a lazy lay in bed morning. Chris got up early of course -what kid doesn't when they don't have to? Bryan is making breakfast now and he's started his laundry. I did all the other laundry yesterday but he has a specific way he likes his done so he prefers to do it. I'm going for a massage at 10am.
We went to Sprouts last night and Bryan got a great looking roast which he's making today-YUM. I got some fresh corn on the cob too for tonight. Can't wait for supper!

My energy level is still good even after doing all that I did yesterday, which is very unusual. I think the summer temps also have lots to do with my energy level.

Today I have more laundry to do, and I am still putting the house back together after the painting that was done in June. I am concentrating on my bathroom. I have to 'seal' the tile floor, and work on the bathroom closet. I am trying to give each room a heavy duty cleaning when doing this. The other night I was going to change a light bulb. When I got up close and personal with it, saw that the globes & fixtures were dusty. So, I ended up cleaning up that in order to just change a light bulb. Now dont that sound like fun!! I dont think so.

Oh, one good thing I did last night that now smells like 'heaven'...Pork loin cooked in the crocked pot, so that is going to be several meals this week.

Have paid the bills and now working on an application to drop off tomorrow. Trying to stay inside in the AC. Out in heat yesterday working on tractor. Never fails got wrong part at dealer yesterday so have to go back tomorrow.

Another hot day! Beast and I had planned to put the pool up today but may wait another week. He welded in the full sun all day yesterday and got a bit too hot. I think he's finally realizing he's 58 not 28!!! We found out Friday our washer is truly dead so we'll be going to the laundromat in a bit. Hopefully we'll have a new washer by Wed. Other than that nothing special, just trying to stay cool!

LOL....we found excuses not to go! I did undies in the sink and Beast took some work clothes to wash at work. They have an old washer that can only do 1 pr of jeans and 1 shirt at a time but they get done. With all the gang members and such that hang out at the laundromats.....it's best to keep old retired-police-officer-Beast away from there! LOL
