Justify Your July Saturday

It's the weekend.  Don't let it get to you by eating too much...make a plan and try to stick to it!

My plan:
lots of liquids...at least 120 oz.
protein coffee being downed
Click or Atkins shake
Chef Salad for lunch
Chicken something for dinner

What's your plan for today?

My exercise will be refinishing a table outside...on my feet moving around and bending, sanding, etc.

My plan for today

get at least 64 oz of liquids
egg beater with slice of toast
chicken salad for lunch
unsure about dinner

exersice plan to walking laps in the pool if I can handle the heat

 Morning Karla,

Found some AWESOME bagels at Kroger.   Here is what it is....Nature 's Grain Carb check Double Fiber Plus.   WOW I was amazed by it and it is very very good.   150 calories........3.5 total fat.......0.5 saturated fat...........0 trans fat......Cholesterol 0mg............Sodium 450 mg  19%.........Total carbs 36g 12%..............Dietary fiber  19 g   75%.......Protein 14 g,    

I rarely ever eat bread......that was a trigger food for me pre op.   These are yummy.   I bought the cinnamon swirl.    

Had one of those for breakfast.     Not sure about lunch or dinner yet.   I have gotten vitamins down and coffee down so I am go there.    I have walked this morning and was gone from my house before 7 AM to hit Kohls early bird sale today.   Had to get my youngest son some new running shoes.    Have a blessed day and weekend.
