Hey... you are gaining on me, fast!  I want your size 10's when you shrink out of them in a few months LOL

Congrats!  Just passed my one year mark!

Question:  When did your weight loss slow and how much did you lose in the second year?

Here is my month by month losses.  I hit my goal at 18 months and you can see it *really* slowed down after 13 months - to 1 pound a month!  That last 9 pounds took me 6 months.  And then I suddenly quit losing.  I am not having to work very hard to maintain 147 pounds - just follow the rules.  That still puts me slightly overweight at 5' 2" but I am happy with the way I look.  I would have to really work hard to get another 10 off to get to a normal BMI and it just isn't worth it to me - not at age 51 LOL.  The pre-op was the 2-week liquid diet.

Month            Lbs Lost
pre-op               16
   1                     10
   2                    11
   3                     7
   4                    11
   5                     8
   6                     6
   7                     5
   8                     5
   9                     6
 10                      2
 11                      4
 12                     4
 13                     4
 14                      1
 15                      1
 16                      1
 17                      1
 18                      1
