Well...another weekend is creeping upon us...make a plan!

Thanks to everyone who posts...I know you don't all get on here everyday but that's just fine.  I do this for me and hope it helps others!

Thanks Viv  for your remarks yesterday.  You are such a sweety!

My plan for today:
lots of liquids...120+ oz.
protein coffee
Click shake at some point
McDonalds sf vanilla iced coffee
to be honest...need to inventory lunch and dinner choices in freezer and make a run to the store.  I will do protein/veggies and try not to go wild on anything!

Going for a walk/run in the park in a bit for exercise.

What's your plan?  I hope it's better than mine today!

I have my yogurt and tons of water packed! The rest of my plan is to make good choices thru the weekend and to eat protein first and minimise the carbs!!

Good morning!

Thank you thank you Karla for this post. I haven't been on OH as much as I was, however when I can, I like to have a plan and stick to it. Have a good weekend and never feel that post is not going to good use.

B: Hard Boiled Egg, If I can find one where I am, if not then scrambled will have to do
L: Chicken wings in Frank's Red Hot
D: Chop steaks

 Morning Karla,

Thank you so much for the sweet remark about me.   I am amazed !!!!   I did really good yesterday and exercised and really watched my intake on food and fluids.   I hopped on the scale this AM and saw a 3.5 lb loss !!  WOOO HOOO !!!  Hope it stays off !!!!   Today my plan is to do exactly as I did yesterday.    I really want to get some of this weight off before the cruise in Sept,     Hope everyone has a great weekend and Meggie if you see this....you and Ken take lots of sunscreen ....I am sure you will need it.   Love you guys !!!!  have a blessed day !!!

I feel like someone has beaten me with a big stick! I fell asleep last night in my computer chair, last I noticed it was about 11pm, and Beast woke me up around 5am. My chair is really comfy in a reclining position but my legs feel cut off at the knees! While I was up at that time of the day I portioned out the SW Chicken I had put in the crock pot last night and fixed Beast's lunch. I also had a bowl of Kashi vanilla 'shredded wheat' and milk, a treat I don't allow myself vey often because it uses up alot of my daily carbs. I really enjoyed it but could have done without it since I went to bed shortly after. Oh well....

The fridge is full and I have lots of choices so it'll probably boil down to whatever needs to be eaten before it goes bad kinda thing! Now that Beast is really planning and sticking to his own plan I can't just send stuff to work with him to make sure it's eaten on time. Bless him...he's working really hard to lose 25lbs and I don't want to sabotage him in any way, he's been so supportive for me this last 18 months.

Todays planned eats.....

B....chai tea
L....probably spaghetti squash/grilled chicken/alfredo/sauce
S....fresh strawberries and watermelon
D....SW chicken
S....Fage cheesecake yogurt
LNS....chai tea

I am going to TRY to start posting my plan here to help me stay focused

B: 1/2 cup of egg beater with 1/4 slice of cheese, ham with salsa; toast with LS Jelly
L ; Tuna Salad with light chip ( i like eating the tuna like it's a dip)
D:  Dinner out today so probably chicken something
S;  100 cal snack pack not sure which one yet

I have a difficult time getting in all my water but going to do my best to get them all in.....have 3 more bottles to go!
